Don't listen to the fucking haters bro, genetics play a HUGE role in your progress, you are predertermined to be lean, eat as much as possible, lift heavy 6-10 reps to fail and COMPOUND LIFTS ONLY meaning use dumbells and research how to work each muscle on which days so they heal properly while your working other muscles in sequence. The more on key to your body you become the faster you will gain meat, later.
