i havent been able to keep everything staedy.. i went through a depression which im not afraid to say. i let a girl and everything in life around almost let me stres myself to death but im hyre and im back. but i still dont have the neccesary equipment to reach my goal. if you would like to give donations. even if its just a $1 ill be happy to accept it so i can buy necessary equipment. i have no car so no i cnt get a gym membership. remember im just 17 so i cant just do what i want . and for those who dnt give anything free follow me on twitter.com/bluestaar ... i am also a graphics designer and if you know anyone who needs logos flyers mixtape album covers etc. i;ll be glad to earn the money to get what i need

  • Don't listen to the fucking haters bro, genetics play a HUGE role in your progress, you are predertermined to be lean, eat as much as possible, lift heavy 6-10 reps to fail and COMPOUND LIFTS ONLY meaning use dumbells and research how to work each muscle on which days so they heal properly while your working other muscles in sequence. The more on key to your body you become the faster you will gain meat, later.
