this girl is a freak and should NOT be teaching a turbo kick class. No one can follow her while she looks like an out of control, uncoordinated freak, yelling and screaming like a psyco. I teach all types of aerobics including TurboKick and would NEVER attend her class or encourage anyone else to do so..very ineffective she is.
