Mostly for cooking, either pure or semi-sweet chocolate is used (she used semi-sweet). So it could deffinately be your chocolate making it so sweet. Otherwise it's just a diference of tastes I guess. I think I'm gonna try it out some time aswell. Congrats though! Knowing me I'd flunk the whites or the cream by whipping too hard or too long or something lol.

So..I just made this mousse. On the plus side it was really easy to make! But..it was really sweet...and I don't know if it was my chocolate or not but something about it just didn't taste right..the texture was great though!
