No need to make any bat files, if you open run and type cmd when command prompt opens simply type 'nslookup.exe' and you get the same result.

got to cmd and type (nslookup.exe) there u go no need to save any extra files as u got it aredy on ur sytem

The CMD was blocked on mine too, I got a message along the lines of "The command prompt has been disabled by your administrator" but I made a program to get around that.
I've made administrator accounts using CMD now that i have unlocked it.

Like I mentioned in the video, if you were to get IP banned from something such as a video game, you could change it and start playing again.
