I weigh the same as Josh Everett and I would have done it faster if I was faster, stronger and more powerful.
In all seriousness the motivation to do this workout has been fueling my training for a little while. When I first saw the King Kong video I couldn't do 1 muscle up and my max single clean was 100kg.
Thanks to everyone that posted themselves doing King Kong.
Great job man! Not many people can do that. The cleans are holding me back. What is your max clean btw?

My max clean at when I did this was just over 250lbs. It was the mixing component for me too.

Great job today dude.
Have you thought about doing the cleans/deads on the same platform by the rings, and the HSPU's against the mirror right there? Seems like it would make a big % difference on a 5-6 minute workout.

Not a bad idea, but my centaur-esque legs might be a little too much for the wee mirrors.
