If you don't think he is that good just go listen to how amazing he is with yellowcard. Some of the stuff he plays live is just insane.

not that great my ass. he's not a drummer that needs to put fills in every three seconds. he's super solid and has a consistency thats hard to achieve in drumming.

hes really not that great. don't get me wrong, hes better than I am, but hes not that incredible. If hes lucky hes in the top 1000 best out there. But that stupid solo at the begining was horrible. Anyone can do RLB RLB RLB RLB for 5 mins.

I think my problem with him is his lack of dynamics. He plays all at the same dynamic level.

You know this guy is good, but.........lacking some sort of musicality for all the hype around him. Needs to play jazz to help with the nuances of his chops in other genres. If you're not a drummer you probably won't hear what I'm talking about. Other drummers hear this?
