Everytime I try to send anything to it, it ALWAYS says "Failed: Connection Interrupted" and I did NOTHING to interrupt it. I hate my phone

Possible issues come to mind... Bluetooth might not be "activated" on your phone. On mine, sometimes I have to go into the bluetooth menu and manually turn it on, in the phone. Then I can send a file to it from OS X.

For OS X, it has everything you need built in to connect to the RAZR. For Windows, I don't know. I don't use my windows PC to interact with the phone.

Thanks for your help and getting me started. Great instructions. it wasn't exactly like this but I figured the rest of the way out!
