inhale or exhale?

i have been inhale screaming for a good 4 - 5 months and had no problem with it, but i then heard its not good for your throat and that you dont have much range with it. so i decided to learn exhale.
as i tryed to exhale, my inhale became harder to do, and started to hurt.
should i learn how to exhale better, and stick with that?
or go back to inhale?

Exhale... inhaling will destroy your chest, throat and basically fuck you man... ive been screaming for about a year now and the only time i'll EVER inhale is when i do shrieks like in jfacs entombment or cradles guilded cunt :) keep practicing your vox can only get better

i can barley inhale now. it just seems to make me cough..

it sucks cause i used to be really good at it.

it sounded really good for lamb of god songs and shit.

but yea ill keep making a few covers.
