Sovereign woman kidnapped ( Pirates on the high seas) ~ part 1

Star saw bright white lights flashing in side and rear mirrors, and pulled onto a turnout.off the road

Agent #1- was standing at van window with a painfully bright flashlight right in the eyes, star was blinded and could not identify him

Star- asked him "Can you please not shine your light in my eyes" and tried to start her camcorder ...but was unsuccessful.
Star- asked the agent , "May I see your identification please?"
Agent - rattled off a name but did not give a card or any identification,

Star- asked him again for identification and began to write on Conditional Acceptance of Oath, (in full view) entitled "Notice and Demand" ...which are for just such an instance, (star is a single sovereign woman traveling alone and carrying money she must protect and secure as her duty to family's future prosperity ) these papers are affirmation of oath, and to verify whether an agent is a public officer is protecting peace and safety under their Oath, or criminal Color of Law agent acting under the U.S Corporation (which is 'foreign to America: the country, California: the land, and to the sovereign individuals living inherently free with unalienable rights given to them by God, and can not be removed by any force of man's corporate infringement

The conversation went as follows:,

Star- May I see your identification please?

Agent#1- (in a violent tone) Step out of the vehicle

Star- Are you threatening me?,

Agent #1- "Yes I am",

Star- Do you intend me bodily harm?

Agent#1-"Yes I do"

Star*- (picking up cell phone) "Then I am calling 911"
but was unable to dial phone due to ....

Agent#1 -( unholstering a gun,) reached in through window and grabbed star*s wrist and twisted it to the breaking point,
Star- yelled, "YOU ARE BREAKING MY WRIST!!", "I am calling 911, and showing him the cell phone as she attempted to dial, but was unable to,

Agent#1- demanded she "step out of my vehicle" again, and since he said he intended physical harm,

Star- complied under protest and duress, in fear of her life.. she was now in a pain and a state of trauma, and shock.

Star was never told why she was stopped, nor asked for any ID at this point. The law states that no officer can stop anyone without a warrant for them or having seen them commit a crime. Star was seized and searched without a warrant and 'kidnapped' on the side of the road by agents.. and when they have guns... that's called "aggravated kidnapping"
The Law states that they can not put you in jail until AFTER they have taken you to a Magistrate to determine whether there is "Probable Cause"...

It is my understanding that a name is a designation or title given to a 'person' or 'thing' by it's designated 'owner'
"I'd be happy to give you a name once you provide me with proof of said owner, and proof of who had the authority over me to designate an owner to me, and proof of the designation of said owner, proof of my express agreement that I am indeed a person, (which ''means' a 'corporation') wherein I was provided full disclosure that I was giving up my rights when said name and or personification was designated.

Drivers license-
According to law, a drivers license is a commercial instrument given to a 'person' for the use of conducting business upon the roadways 'intended for profit',


I'm happy to provide you with said license upon proof that I was conducting business for profit, or obtained such license being given full disclosure of the meaning prior to giving up my unalienable right to travel . If you can not provide me with that or you remain silent, let the record show that silence is equated to fraud when there is a duty to speak. Therefore let the record show this court has not spoken and thus committed a fraud upon myself, and upon this court, therefore I disqualify this judge and I am the only sovereign in this body, declare that this alleged case is dismissed with prejudice for the record and the matter be expunged from the record immediately,

Unless you provide me with said proof, this matter is denied and expunged from the record

I demand this court order the false accuser to compensate me (according to my fee schedule, which is on the record)
Jurisdiction DENIED.
I am not in servitude to your STATE,
Restore me and mine to our prior 'state' of wholeness

Basically, an officer has an oath to protect the property, not the people. If the jurisdiction is county or incorporated or even unincorporated, they reserve the right to stop anyone. That is wrong, but without legal counsel the only thing you can do is comply. Just dont sign anything. There are civil rights you have, and that is a complaint you register with the city or council members. Its always good to have an Oath documentation, and there are officer "oath keepers" that carry it out...

Hello Star, (Part # 2) Although it might appear I’ve dropped off the face of the earth I can assure you I have not.

The people keep bringing up the constitution. This is what makes us susceptible to the corporations laws as they see fit to make up and enforce on their whim. People wonder why illegals aren't arrested and locked up for a lot of "laws" they break? This is simple. They are not US registered "denizen citizens" and are not susceptible to our constitutional law. WE the US citizen, under direction of the contract corporation known as the "Federal Government" must follow lock and step to these laws.

Freedom of association. You send notices and claims of right. You assert their criminality, giving descriptive examples, Then you sever all contracts with them, citing their criminality.

These unrebutted assertions and claims then become true in the eyes of the law, and you are free. Just remember, they will remain criminal-- but you will be in the right.

@earthicastar I am listening to the broadcast. I think we can do a better show especially now that I have such experience with the Barton/Debberman case. WIthin a week I will post a smuggled tape which captured the Judge and the two sovereigns along with Posr, a cameras in the court activist whose work with free speech was so intense and effective that it got him banned from MNN (Manhattan Neighborhood Network) for 4 years. Now that internet is killing cable they let him back (ha-ha!)

You can divorce the whole system and live in the real world that is the privet world, and enjoy all your inheritance of the real world, you must remember those that came from heaven, took wives taught them spells, and herbs, witchcraft. They invaded us not the other way around, they must obey the real word rules, and they know this, but if we opt into theirs we must obey them. You can expose their system in privet court all day long but they will not come, the light is to brite.
