@beavertown2006 it is indeed. Besides don't listen to a word that "translator" said, he sucks at translating xD Anyway he's cute (and the Duck lady too). About Ms. Duck way of checking if the duck is good enough for being cooked, she slams it lightly to listen to the sound, if it's a solid and "right" sound, it's good to go =))

I just love how most of the chefs Gordon meets on these shows, just don't give a flying f**k about who he is, and they'll just tell him straight - "You're doing it wrong, give it here, I'll show you..."
