try updating the video driver or get a better graphics card.

this is typically caused by the video card overheating & not powerful enough. if possible lower the video cards settings or maybe try using a case fan positioned close to the video card to help cool it. if its a integrated graphics chip built into the motherboard then best to upgrade to a dedicated video card when you can. if its a laptop well then i'm surprised it would run this at all.

This is a fault with the game, not PC graphics.
My PC happens to run this game 10x better than either console, even though the PS3 has an improved engine.
