  • Awesome psychedelic rock song. Cheers.

    Hey lasoucoupevolante, BTW It's 1966, not 1969.

  • @techhasnologictoday thanks, never noticed my mistake!

  • Today's form of rock n roll is garbage.

  • Rock & Roll's been dead for two decades---this the real stuff. Groups like Count V could never even get produced today.

  • Guess whom the Presidents of the USA copied from, for their "She's lump, she's lump, she's in my head" ecc

  • this is my number 1 after work song atm

  • @TheNiceroad I remember Flaming Lips in the mid1990s, they were the band that composed the song 'Vaseline', this is during the 'grunge' era and when I was kind of digging the music of that particular time. I'll give a listen to 'Embryonic' and 'Wand'.

  • @Khultan Ok, the White Stripes might not be the best example even though they have some great sounding English Rock songs. For psychedelic stuff, you should really dig into The Flaming Lips. They started as an Indie Rock band in the early 80s but got more and more experimental and psychedelic with time. Embryonic and their remake of Darkside of the Moon in 2008-09 are just mind blowing.

  • @TheNiceroad The White Stripes? You really think so, because I don't. I bought their first album and seemed interesting but subsequently I began to lose interest but I don't think I ever thought they sound would remind me of the 60s era sound. Maybe, I'm wrong, give me some song titles of theirs. As for the others, I'm not familiar with them.

  • @Khultan Today's rock n roll I actually find very much influenced by the Uk psych sound... Listen to the White Stripes, Modest Mouse and MGMT just to name a few of the bigger names. I think the younger generation is starting to realize what a gem almost got lost! ;)

  • @YUMMYngbird D

    Delivery*

  • Sounds like Babyshamble's Delevery was inspired by this

  • @Friskus22 Ha ha, okay, stranger, I'll check these bands out that you seem to praise-The Night Beats- Vibravoid, Rotor,The Black Angels, Colour Haze, Aqua Nebula Oscilator, Baby Woodrose, Moon Duo, Wooden Shijips-and they had better not be derivative, mediocre, watered down versions of what established the 60s era sound, such as Count Five,

  • @Khultan

    man stop talking complete bullshit

i love sixties psychedelic rock, acid rock, garage rock etc but there are still good bands out there today!

just check: the night beats, vibravoid, rotor, the black angels, colour haze, aqua nebula oscilator, baby woodrose, moon duo, wooden shjips and i can go on like that
