you shouldn't use protein powder in energy bars, use almonds or other nuts instead

Great idea, great video! always find it hard to get a healthy snack when I am on the move, and don't want to spend money on expensive energy bars. this is the perfect solution! thanks.

@redbaron422, just taylor the amount of the ingrediants to your own taste. Use either honey or agave for the sweetener so it's all 'natural'.

@cougarbahia, I've recently tried Blue Agave (Organic sweetener) that I got from Whole Foods market. I know that most diabetics should stay away from sugar in general. I plan to do a vid on a energy bar that is much better than this one. A baked one.
