@SweetACAforever well, it's not many different, may a few words and grammar, and akcent, so it's not 100 % same but it's very very similar ( they understand each other) So I didnt mean that when I said about language

@SweetACAforever so in the and, there are three version of nasa mala klinika,Slovenian ,Croatian, and Serbian. They are all the same exept for actors and language. Thats all I know. I hope I helped you, because I dont know for 100%, but I know much, and if you have any questions ba, ask me

@SweetACAforever you see bolan, they ARE both same because it's the same director (Branko Đurić Đuro). Branko first made a slovenian version ( and slovenian version is original) and he seen that is very popular in Slovenia so he decide to make a Croatian version (everything is the same exept actors) and again he seen that is very popular in Croatia so he decided to make a Serbian version ( same script but different actors)
