@Ziikolai Thanks for the comment. You are correct - it is upbeat but that is intentional. Taken as a whole, the album is designed to sub-consciously engage an active child and to calm them down to sleep. This is the third song from a total of twenty, so it is relatively "up". The last half of the album is much quieter and calmer.

i remember that when i was little, i was a crybaby, and whenever i heard the "you'll still be the sweetest little baby in town" i would always burst out crying.

hmm...as pretty as the song is...the message it gives is not exactly positive "I'll buy anything and everything useless just to make you shut up and whenever you feel down in the future, just go and buy something!" not quite the best first thing to teach your child...
