Hips are important if you want to do side or front splits. The hips are surrounded by big and unflexible muscles, so it can take some time to get more flexiblility in this area.

  • i want to improve my flexibility for my bjj. is it ok to stretch 7 days a week and for long .. and how many times a day

In those videos I will give some answers to the questions you have. I'll give you one answer, you can train flexibility 7 days a week.

  • @ArmandoBreeveldNL Not always necessary if you start with light stretches and build up the intensity. Watch the remake of this video (link in this video) for the full side split tutorial.
