Am I the only person that like I Still Know What You Did Last Summer and I'll Always Know What You Did Last Summer?
Oh and everyone stop hating on Scream! That movie is freaking amazing. Wes Craven rocks.

This has to be one of the best list I have seen. Finally someone who knows what true slasher films are. I have seen best horror films "of all time list" that list Scream, I Know What You Did Last Summer, Blair Witch Project and Paranormal Activity as scariest movies....Really? The 70's and 80's have some of the best slasher/horror films ever B rate or not.

@ShantiG100 Yeah I question his placement of Scream as well, but only in the sense that it would be #2 behind Halloween. That's why it's his list and not mine or yours.

Your list is highly suspect, all you did was named a lot of mainstream shit. You need to watch more films before proclaiming those you chose to be the top 15. I can't believe you listed Prom Night, Funhouse and especially Scream, come on man. Where was William Lustig's Maniac? Where is Nightmare aka Nightmare in a Damaged Brain
