@DimensionalSlice I hate to disagree but the dealers are kind of at fault to they are the ones selling them but I also agree the weak hearted are at fault too and the dealers are the problem as well they sell the drugs they don't care who they hurt so long as they're making a profit its sad but true dealers are just as at fault as the users
