Garrison Park Harbor at South First by Southwest Stassney

Yeah, South by South First should have been no problem but if the SXSW organizers were going to screw me for no good reason then I would have changed the name and sign too. Look at it this way, they got about ten thousand dollars of free advertising between the newspaper article and John Kelso's column and it only cost them about twice that much to redo everything. That's in the past. They opened last Thursday night and I think they have major potential. I liked the size, decor, stage, outdoor seating and the grocery store sized parking lot that I refer to as the Asphalt Harbour in the Garrison Park neighborhood. On a hot day the blacktop gives off heat waves reminicent of the Pacific Ocean. I kid you not, thank goodness for Air Conditioning and Cold Beer. I will miss Gino's Italian Grill until I die but I think I may have found a new best friend in the Phoenix that has risen from the ashes. Full Bar! Best of luck guys, you deserve it.
