  • About how much shorter should we expect the resulting project to be than the length of cord used? In other words: If the lengths of cord I use are 2 feet each, about how long will the project be?

  • @pernanjp About 2 1/2 to one; so eight 2 foot cords will result in about a 10 inch braid

  • was she using variegated ribbon and black yarn (or something like it)?

  • @K8e92 Variegated ribbon and black satin rattail

  • Are you using a Kumiloom (or other foam disk) and not something else? What you describe shouldn't be a problem. Perhaps your cord is too skinny (like sewing thread) and isn't being held by the notches.

  • where can you get a kumi loom?

  • Amazon or Primitive Originals websites

  • This is the first time I could actually understand this wonderful technique. I have read many descriptions and how-to, but this was the first time I actually saw it. Thank you! Great lesson.

  • Where can I Buy the Disk ? Does it come with the Accessories ?
