Yeah, Paw are being VERY sarcastic here, they were making fun of the whole grunge comparisons that they probably didn't even like. Showing people how stupid it is to just like one style of music or just what's famous. All these bands mix all sorts of influences, that's the point of grunge. But these guys were just tired of people labeling them as trying to sound exactly like that, so calm down people.
