New to pointe !

Hey guys ! This a video from my first week en pointe ! I would love some advice on things that I can improve on and some praise would be nice too ! I'd also like to put it out there that my pointe shoes (bloch concerta's) don't shape my arch properly but they're comfortable to work in either way. I have improved since this video but I would still love some advice.
