Plot:
1000 AD, for years, One Eye, a mute warrior of supernatural strength, has been held prisoner by the Norse chieftain Barde. Aided by Are, a boy slave, One Eye slays his captor and together he and Are escape, beginning a journey into the heart of darkness. On their flight, One Eye and Are board a Viking vessel, but the ship is soon engulfed by an endless fog that clears only as the crew sights an unknown land. As the new world reveals its secrets and the Vikings confront their terrible and bloody fate, One Eye discovers his true self.

Well the average coach potato should not expect to understand and like this film so if you are in that category - dont bother to watch it. As for the rest who have found something missing in their everyday life and in comprehending the human nature - this is a must. Deep movie. For deep souls.

I love this movie, my friends dont like it cos there are no big wars or special effects, but the acting is 10/10 and theres a certain western mentality/dialogue throughout the whole movie.

It's funny how this movie has good ratings on other websites except american ones...this is not a MIchael Bay movie...some people enjoyed it...so if you were expecting anything that makes it Hollywood like you're in for a dissapointment...loved every "boring" minute of it so haters just go watch other movies and cut the crap with spoiling other people's fun....if you can only come with arguments like "this sucked" well....excuse me....how about a nice warm cup of Shut the fuck up?
