Hello! I am sitting here thinking what a very strange coincidence it is that both Jani Lane and Whitney Houston were BOTH married to someone named Bobbi/Bobby Brown, and now they're both dead! I suppose that names are names after all.

Being out of the country, I didn't learn about Jani Lane's death until 6 months after it happened! None of the retrospectives I read about people we lost in 2011 included him. It's a rotten shame that a guy as talented as he was will always be dismissed by the "establishment" because they think he was just some 80's hair band guy who peddled image over substance. No matter, he'll live on forever in the hearts of his fans, who knew how great he was. R.I.P. Jani.
