Giving up polyphasic sleep SUCKS. Life SUCKS without it, I wake up with neckaches, I cant sleep at night because it's too hot, I get exhausted, I have to use energy drinks to stay up late if I need to work on last minute work projects.

Anyways I gave up my sweet polyphasic sleep a while ago because I was gaining weight. I stayed polyphasic until March so it was around 10 months total. Sure, it could have been other things causing my weight gain, but since I have lost steadily 6 pounds with no change in diet or regime.

I will go back to polyphasic sleep when I am 103 again. I am also moving to California. Whoo. Sorry for not updating, I was busy and every time I took a video to post something happened that made me unable to post so I kept putting it off.

  • *sigh*... from time to time one comes across these crazy beautiful (and intelligent) individuals like you Aeia and then one gets this warm, cuddly feelings inside... until said one then start thinking of their Ex and get sad... haha.

  • @GetEasyMoneyCash Ten points for the amazing SEO in your youtube name.

  • well this worries me! im about to start polyphasic sleeping (everyman) and im glad you like it... but the weight gain must suck! I fight in jiu jitsu tournaments and i need to stay the same weight! my diet is lean meats, whole grains, fruit, veggies, and thats about it. im hoping i dont gain now!

  • @fytr4lyf1 I would try it if I were you, this video cannot be used as an excuse not to do it since I was one of the few who've even done this experiment and someone else may have a different experience.

  • @fytr4lyf1 Plus, as an active athlete, your experiment on this style of sleep would be helpful to find out how it may effect your sports.

  • Oh no. You gained weight. 103 pounds?! Thats insanely unhealthy. Youll die at 60 if you keep dieting. Eating 1800 calories a day is a good way to be healthy. Doesnt matter wtf youre eating it will work.

  • @MetalMania666Pantera I dont diet on a regular basis... I tried diets when I was gaining weight polyphasic, but uh.. they didnt work obviously.. and I definitely do not diet now. See I just ate two twix bars and Im still 103... And yesterday had Taiwanese Scallion Pancakes, American Pancakes, a shitton of high calorie milk tea and boba, 4 eggs, sausage, and bulgogi dinner and Im still 103... Yep.. I love to eat... hence I dont like gaining weight polyphasically so I cant eat!

  • real life sleeping beauty

  • I have a feeling that polyphasic sleep and a ketogenic diet would go together nicely. Have you tried that?

  • @aeia haha yeah, once upon a time I believed I actually could score some quick cash with affiliate marketing to support my studies. Take my comment sincerely though. You deserve it.

  • Ok, here is an idea. Next time you have 3 jobs and your twin has 0. Send her in to one of them !

(this is assuming you are identical twins) =D

  • lol so she is blaming lack of sleep for gaining weight clearly you been sitting around on your computer all day and eating. Sorry but if you actually did a a good workout its not gonna happen

  • Thinking of going on the Uberman (first time ever). I got started working freelance jobs, done from anywhere, with no fixed hours. Any advice how to make the transition less rocky?

  • @fytr4lyf1 Weight gain happens because you snacking at night.

  • @aeia im a boxer, I'm on everyman for 3 days and gained already 5 pounds, noting that i still do my weekly conditioning!!... XD
