  • Bravo guys, cool too see this vid...I recently purchased one of your blades at the Colorado Renaissance Festival, from Legacy Forge...I'm very impressed, thank you.

  • Who is that goofy guy in the hat?

  • wow you use an angle grinder? use a bastard file for tough jobs, then work ur way down... then wen you want to sharpen it, use a file first, then finish up with an accusharp... you wont get any burns... and save hundreds on a piece of machinery that is to big for a private home anyway

  • wow cool!

  • dude it is my dream to be able to do work like that for my profession. right now i am just finishing high school and i make knives and roses for friends. i hope that i will be a ble to get more into the comercial aspect if bladesmithing.

  • Very cool interview guys. What am I doing with this angle grinder? That beltgrinder is where it's at! How awesome is it to be able to do what we love in a flourishing industry. Kudos.

  • That looks good! A real tight ingot.

I bet there is niobium in there. The RR guys put in grain refiners, (like niobium), for weldment strength, cuz they can't heat treat it.

When you look at the freshly ground welds on the track, if the weldment is a little darker than the track, you have a fair amount of manganese. Very through hardening.

Should make a bitchin blade. Make sure you sell it high enough! ;)

  • Always coool to see you guys doing your thing. i love your products and i cant wait to get the bulk order in so we can start playing with our new toys ^.^
