i think u should install an external wastegate.. brand tial 38mm or turbosmart 38mm will to the best for u... because i can see ur boost is unstable...
and one important mod is Upgrade ur mechanical fuel pump.. i not sure about at canada.. but in our homestate we call it fuel pump head no-10(stock) change to 12 head fuel pump( i think 1hd-t)
