check statistics and data. notice the sharp 90°drop of average rating and the 90° increase in rating. this is only achieved by a votebot droping hundreds of 1 star votes (or 5star votes) in a few minutes.

also notice the relativly high percentage of votes (10%) which is untypical.

the lower the rating the less ppl will see it. youtube taking down videos works on ppl reporting copyright infringements directly to youtube and has nothing to do with rating.
