Ingredients:
2 C rice
1/4 t + 1/4 t curry powder
1/2 t + 1/4 t salt
3 eggs
1/4 t pepper
1T + 2 T + 3 T oil
1/2 lb ground pork
~ 6 large shrimp
1 chicken breast
1 T oyster sauce
2 T soy sauce
2 cloves garlic (grated)
1/2 C peas
1/2 C diced carrots
1/2 C diced green beans
1 small onion
2 T chopped cilantro
1 minced green onion

Boil 2 C rice in 3 C water with 1/4 t curry powder and 1/2 t salt for three minutes, then reduce the heat to low, cover, and let simmer about 15 minutes.
In the meantime, beat together three eggs, 1/4 t salt and 1/4 t pepper. Fry eggs in 1 T oil, then cut the eggs into tiny shreds and set them aside.
In a frying pan, fry pork in 2 T oil with 1/4 t curry powder and 2 grated cloves garlic. Add in chicken, shrimp, soy sauce and oyster sauce. When the meats are cooked, add in the peas, carrots and green beans and fry over medium-high heat until the majority of the liquid is absorbed, about 5 minutes.
In a large pot, fry a minced onion in 3 T oil. When the onion is translucent, add in the cooked rice and let it fry several minutes, stirring well. Add in the meat/vegetable blend, egg, chopped cilantro and minced green onion. Stir well. Adjust seasonings to taste and serve hot.

Ingredients:
2 verres de riz
1/4 c.a.c. + 1/4 c.a.c. carry en poudre
1/2 c.a.c. + 1/4 c.a.c. sel
3 oeufs
1/4 c.a.c. poivre
1c.a.s. + 2 c.a.s. + 3 c.a.s. huile
450g viande de porc hachee
~ 6 grosses crevettes
1 blanc de poulet
1 c.a.s. sauce huitre
2 c.a.s. sauce soja
2 gousses d'ail rapees
1/2 verre petits pois
1/2 verre carottes en des
1/2 verre haricots verts en des
1 oignon
2 c.a.s. cilantro hachee
1 oignon vert emince

Faites bouillir les 2 verres de riz avec 3 verres d'eau, 1/4 tc.a.c. carry en poudre et 1/2 c.a.c. sel pendant trois minutes, puis baissez le feu, mettez le couvercle et laissez mijoter pendant 15 minutes.
Brouillez 3 oeufs avec 1/4 c.a.c. sel et 1/4 c.a.c. poivre moulu. Faites frire les oeufs en 1 c.a.s. huile. Coupez l'omelette en petits morceaux.
Dans une poele, faites frire la viande de porc avec 2 c.a.s. huile et 1/4 c.a.c. carry et 2 gousses d'ail rapees. Ajoutez le poulet, les crevettes, la sauce soja et la sauce huitre. Quand le tout est bien cuit, ajoutez les petits pois, les carottes et les haricots verts et faites-les frire sur feu moyen-vif pendant 5 minutes.
Dans une grande marmite, faites frire un oignon emince avec 3 c.a.s. huile. Quand l'oignon est dore, ajoutes le riz cuit et remuez bien, 3 minutes. Ajoutez le melange viande/legumes aussi bien que les oeufs, le cilantro et les oignons verts. Remuez bien, assaisonez selon votre gout et servez chaud.
