I am so sick of people dumping on Lena Dunham for her looks. Why aren't any of the men on this or ANY show ever criticized for their appearance???? I find her incredibly refreshing and her appearance (and TALENT) is one of the many reasons I like the show. The fact is she isn't fat, nor is she ugly, she is REAL. Fuck anyone for criticizing her for that - YOU are part of the problem. Go have a wank to some talentless bimbo on The Hills or whatever it is you find sexy/normal/acceptable. PEACE.

Before reading the comments, I noticed her looks too but in a more positive way. Her looks were the reason why I decided I'm going to try this show out. It's refreshing, it's real. It really brings a sense of reality and helps me relate better. I can face it, I'm not perfect. My ass is as big as big as an oven. And she's not perfect but she's running around on camera, making me love her and myself more!

best show on television! dunham needs to get mcr's gerard way on the show and have an outrageous sex scene with hannah. his only demand would be keep his shirt on during sex. they meet at comic con in nw york, she attends a lecture he's teaching. she literally bumps into him, knocking him over, outside amidst the walking chaos, and it grows from there. it'd be an interanational incident with women young and old who are music fans.
