@optimistic201 @optimistic201 I do wear a lot of white because I like the color and feel of it. Colors can affect our moods.
I wear other colors too - depending on how I feel or where I am socializing.
I don't practice color therapy for conceptual reasons or as a 'practice'. I just wear what I like.

Great insight at the end. The thought is air energy. The force that pushes, friction into manifestation. But it is good to keep in reminder that the solid force of the earth should be most prevalent in the upper energy body. This gives discipline to the thoughts, stabilizes them and would be imperative to using the mind as a tool of reference from the experimentation. Great understanding my friend. It is a divine truth that we need not look without for answers but within because that is our individual and subjective consciousness. All parts are aspects of the whole and I enjoyed your words of truth. Thanks for the video. Brandon

@nb00042 Isn't it great when we spontaneously are led to something that helps us? Yes, observing your thoughts is the beginning of understanding your mind. Ultimately this is the beginning of spirituality - the study of our eternal Spiritual Self. When we understand our mind, we can change its content to improve our life. In many ways our mind is like a computer and our thoughts the software programs. By changing the software we change how we experience ourself and this world. Blessings.
