@CreditTrauma Yes I am. How do you seperate out the lease to where I am not liable for any damages or fees after the lease is up? Its a 15 month lease and there are definitely damages done to the apartment. Definitely for sure damages that will cost a pretty penny that I don't want to be liable for at all. Do you have any knowledge about that?

Great advice their Taylor. Just got through reading your Credit Repair book and it has a lot of great information in there. Not only on how to fix your own credit without getting ripped of by the Credit Repair ambulance chasers, but how to improve your credit so that you can get loans for yourself or your business. Just wanted to let you know that it is the only book I am recommending to my clients these days. Saw that you now have a BBB approval. Will be sending more clients over soon.
Don't think you're going to be able to get out of this one my friend. Since you're on the lease, the landlord is going to hold you both responsible for whatever damages are incurred. My best advise to you is to fix whatever is damaged. I'm sure it will cost you a lot less to fix it yourself than what your landlord is going to charge to have it fixed, plus the legal costs of going after you. You're going to pay worse than if you just take care of it now. Step up and do the right thing.
