i get what you mean when you talk about the people your hanging out with because alot of my friends and family are not in shape and i always try to help them get thin and healthy but they just dont want to and when they want to hang out they asually want to go eat unhealthy foods and i always try to convince them not to but they dont listen to me and its hard. I always invite them to go workout and run 2 miles but they never want to.
