Voracek thought he was still falling once he hit the ice. Beautiful hit, glad that Voracek recovered.

Offensive: Hit them legally, hit them hard, take them out of the play.

Defensive: NEVER skate with your head down.

Which one of them didn't do their job?

Kronwall has no reason to get in a fight every single time he lays someone out. Checking is intended to hurt the other player and take them out while NOT injuring them. Kronwall never leaves his feet before a hit and he never intentionally goes for the head.

Well Kronwall tanked him with his back, he wasn't facing Jakub so Niklas wouldn't be able to tell if he's going for his head.

It's up to Voracek to make sure he doesn't get fucked up, but he did, thus, footage.

Look up "Jakub Voracek faults himself for Kronwall hit" and go to :54-1:14; class act Voracek is. If he says it was clean, it was clean. Im a flyers fan btw, a humangus big one ;). The Flyers announcers are the among the least biased in the NHL, but as all home ones from time to time, they overreact about things. They always compliment the other teams/players tho and put them as stars of the game, etc Btw, Kronwall kinda looks like Liam Neeson haha, so no surprise he wrecks..

The hit was clean. No doubt. But still, I didn't like it. On the other hand, that's the kind of play most of the NHL viewers want to see. Only defense is not to have your head down and possibly have somebody kick Kronwall's you know what.
