@DutchessRedd I was going through it, my head was hurting so bad and I didn't know why and then I looked up the side effects of biotin and most commonly people experienced headaches I suffered for 3 days and then it went away but then the breakouts started about a couple weeks in.

@DutchessRedd Biotin gave me extreme headaches and some break outs that's a no no.

@lalam4012 I never tried the Futurebiotics and I haven't had any breakouts taking hairfinity. I did have breakouts when I took biotin alone

@MRSFORD2B I have used it 7 months straight consistently right now I'm taking a break from oiling everyday I'm 11 months post relaxer and I put my hair in protective styles and I try to leave my hair alone and not take them down to oil everyday or every other day it's still apart of my regimen.
