Don't flame me for sounding retarded, I don't know which is on position, is it left or right?

One of your blades isn't on upside down is it? Have you checked the pitch? It's possible that when you throttle up you either have too much or not enough pitch.

my chopper sucks. after some big repairs it wouldn't lift off anymore. i did try alot already, but nothing helps.

There should be no play in the gear to shaft, or T-shape holder to shaft set screws.
It sounds like the set screw has loosened just above the main gear. Uae the small allen wrench to tighten it and when you do move the gear back and forth till it stops. The set screw makes a dimple in the shaft and you want to get it in the same spot. The T-Shape holder set screw will come loose to. Tighten it in the same way. That should take care of the problem.
Enjoy!

just to let you all know this doesnt work on a trex the blades will still destroy the tail boom and the blade grips.... and every thing elce!

Actually this was tried on the trex with success. If you have a hard enough landing or tail boom landing, nothing will prevent a tail strike. This is also good practice to help adjust blade tracking.
