  • no teeth but its still shocking when they bite lol! Dylan is cool, I bought his DVD last year. Great to find ya Annya! He's gorgeous. And, wow my toad Honker would slurp up the biggest worms WOW. lol. I'll send yo the link to my toad vids. *hugs* :D Jess

  • Yea when they grab on they dont wanna let go lol

    Thanks for coming by manyonerise.

  • How did you catch him? I don't think I've ever seen a salamander in the wild. Really pretty animal.

  • Thanks :)

Well actually I didnt mean to imply I caught him. I more or less rescued him. A roomate of mine was leaving and I volunteered to just keep the tank and salamanders.

You dont see them ordinarily thier underneath leaves and in damp well hid places.

  • I never saw such a big Salamander!

You sure that little dude isn't a baby alligator? LOL

    He is a cutie :-)

I have Lizards all over the back & front yard; but no Salamanders. I wish I did have a few.

  • lol Tinker, I know he does look like a baby alligator.

  • u have not seen real salamander i feel soo bad 4 u

  • Wow beautiful salamander, looks well taken care of :>)

  • Pretty slick! Muhaha! What's his name?

  • WILL HE BITE NICE VIDEO COOL.

  • Wow! One thing about all of the toads that I have had is that they absolutely will not bite. It's interesting that the salamanders will bite even when kept and tamed for a long time. I am wanting to try a Gecko. I'm not sure if I should get one at the pet store or not, or just catch one out here, I tend not to catch unless I come across something in distress that needs rescued, but I might keep one of the local geckos for a few weeks to gather some behavior info on them. TY :D Jess
