Actually most people ignore the fact that it was Ulquiorra who encouraged Aizen to have Orihime brought to Hueco Mundo when he told Aizen he thought Aizen would benifit from her powers. We don't know if Aizen actually ordered Ulquiorra to care for her or if Ulquiorra offered to do so. The video was great.
