can i use flash to do stuff like the BC2 menu where the whole background is slowly moving and then the object on that background are slowly moving separately? i seen it in the halo reach menu as well.

Yeah I'll be honest.. It was really hard watching these videos back before I posted them because I cant stand my tone, but Im pretty sure theres a good bunch of people who dont like the sound of their own voice XD.
