You trained her well but as for presentation, the skin tight clothes take away from your credibility as an instructor. It was a decent demo and her timing was well placed. Adequate strikes it would depend on the attacker as far as, what techniques were used. Every situation is different. I don't believe in one style is better than another, the situation dictates that.
