@WestCoastR1der no it doesnt. the toothbrush bristles are designed for the surface of your teeth, theyre too hard and too big to fit into the pores of the tongue. it only goes over the big gunks of bacteria on your tongue, not the small shit stuck everywhere else

...or you can just brush your tongue with a regular toothbrush, does the exact same thing
