I have a strange feeling that this game was the ancestor for Valkyrie Profile on the PS1!
And that Valkyrie Profile was the spiritual successor of Actraiser.. !! =)
In Valkyrie profile, you play as a Goddess, Lenneth, a Norse Valkyrie who roams the world flying through the sky, traversing continents, recruiting people who died in tragic stories after listening to their cries and weeps.. gathering their souls to train with the Gods for the final battle 'Ragnarok ' at the end..
Both are Enix..
