How do you get that on Vista Basic??? TELL ME!!!

it isn't "REAL" Flip3D, you buy a program called topdesk and it copies Flip3D at a basic level. unlike the real Flip3D, the windows in topdesk don't update fast enough to run a video smoothly(the video has a framerate of about 10fps)

newer games require dirX 10 available on vista only, if u hav gud RAM nd grafix ull notice its better since vista rarely crashes wen ur playin really old games unlike xp restarts explorer.exe itself
