If you're watching this because you first heard of Hugh Laurie on House then you're a pimhole! Mr Daliard told me.

@jcq1961 If you read his autobiographical work now, and general speak, he is incredibly cutting of his own personality and demeanor back then, particularly the late 1980s. Completely different now.

@loserfreak92 Maybe he had some inside information... :p

If Stephen weren't so funny, he'd be insufferable. Talk about an upper class twit.....holy crap.

@Pyro25892 Same here, December 23rd 1992. I love Fry and Laurie, first saw them in Blackadder, and of course Stephen in Q.I.

This is just fantastic. After seeing and 'knowing' both Stephen and Hugh now in 2011 - it makes this such a fascinating insight. Stephen's documentaries, especially his one about bi-polar/manic depression and also after following Hugh's career, especially on House - it feels like I have a deeper insight into both of these people without ever meeting them.

Wow this was the year I was born, and the humour in their shows still works.

@u2fan15 I dunno... but he did start the interview with "Welcome Stephen and Huge"
-
I don't think he gets that they are joking...
