Amebix - Monolith

Me playing the song ''Monolith'', which is the title-track of their 1987 album. For those of you who don't know, Amebix are an old Crust Punk band from England and i really enjoy their music. Somewhere close to the end i use my brand new BOSS ML-2 Metalcore pedal and switch to distortion guitar and play those sludgy, heavy riffs. I was pretty surprised when i found such a heavy tone on a standard tuned guitar (EADGBE). I do some guitar wanking/random stuff and it's supposed to be there to pretty much just sound like shit. Which is good, in this case.

Der er Bass, Treble og Mids. Mids er det som giver ''stemme'' og bund til tonen. Uden mids vil man overhovedet ikke kunne skære igennem lydmæssigt met et band eller til et live show.
