No, Ben, not kidding. Israel has, for well over half a century now, been engaged in an unconscionably brutal and often murderous occupation, and they have always claimed this occupation to be one of "military necessity." Over time, with the birth of readily accessible alternative news sources, the transparency of this lie has become obvious to anyone who bothers to do any honest research. Return to the Genocide Convention you cite and reread Article II and think again.

@BenJB07 They deliberately Shot Dead Kids of 2-3Years of age as shown in clip, they Burnt Alive Kids Women Families in their own Homes sheltering in Vain, they killed people under white flags & Kids playing with baloons in narrow Gaza strets & flattened apartment blocks with Artillery & US Donated 350 F16's that sounds like fecking Genocide to me and most others!

I really don't care about the legal meaning of any word. I am concerned about the moral meaning and if you think it is moral to massacre 3000 people in a shooting gallery called Gaza since 2000 because they killed 12 of your psychos trying to defend themselves! You need a straight jacket and padded cell and you might get off on the insanity defense in your war criminal trial! Legal is for Israelis, moral is for the rest of the world! They fail there also. How about UN resolutions for legal?
