This video was great helpful in a pinch... However, can you assist me getting an already created document to do this without having to redo the entire publication? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again!!

Dear Peter
Of all the videos I've watched yours has explained it better ! I sure wish I could of had a teacher like you when I was in school. Dropped out in the 10 grade but have never given up. I just want to learn how to leave my kids my old words of wisdom in writing. And your helping me to do that. If I'd of had a teacher like you maybe I would have gone a lot further in life.
Again Thanks!

@klyons08 You are certainly welcome, and thank you so much for the kind words. I'm hoping to have an updated version for Word 2007/2010 up in the near future.

Okay I am still have a great dealof difficulty... Do you think you can explain to me how to get Header 4 to update in the TOC? It is not picking up what I am doing after Header 3. Please Please Please and Thank you!

@swyeeteyes1 Word won't put any headings into the TOC past heading 3, so just create more than one style for heading 1, heading 2, heading 3, etc. You can call them anything you like (New Heading 1a, New Heading 1b, etc.) and format each one however you like. Get it? You'll just be creating extra heading styles and using them however you like. Hope this helps.

Yes, simply insert headings (like Introduction, or Results, or Chapter Three) and then select and format those headings using the Styles function outlined in the video. Should work just fine.
