The problem not winning against online casino is not that people don't know how to apply the basic strategy of black jack . @blackjacksecretcode I have a hard time believing such nonsense. Even if you card count that only gives you a measley almost 1% advantage. It's a big advantage isn't it? NOT. DOn't forget that the Variables will offset your 1% advantage in minutes. It takes a lot to stay ahead of the casino with a micro almost 1% advantage playing blackjack.

It depend. I played 1 hour today and took notes of each hand. Dealer hands proved me it is FAKE and a cash cow. Why? Because their #1 weapon is even. You will find dealer have 2x more blackjack than you, most of the time he hit 20 when you have 17-18-19, if you have 20, hes going to have 20, too so you don't make money.

No betting progression can give you a sure win on blackjack, only card counting can do that. In the end if you are a vanilla basic strategy player, you can only pray for some luck, but at least you will be better off than those who plays with hunch.

Btw, most reputable and good casino offer blackjack with around 0.5% house edge, which is typical and good... Just stay away from 6:5 blackjack tables!

@tshirttime84 I'm guessing the house rules only permit double down on 9, 10, and 11. Or at least his basic strategy chart is made for that house rules, plus no surrender.
