The note at 2:48 everyone is talking about is an intentional clash. Artists use those. Artists also often switch up their performances at lives to make them interesting. :/

i think its because 2 of them are playing at the same time...either their timing is off or that's just how it is. sounds like it again at 3:03. Not like it sounds bad.
