You want to ask me that if she wants , she can have many husbands and when she gets pregnant she does not need to assign the child to anyone and when it is born,the paternity test should be done to assign the father !

@farzanatasneem i said a wealthy Muslim women ---- who has billions in her bank who doesn't need to work -- now in these days DNA tests can b done to find out who belongs to who --- may b not in those days but today it is possible , but again here is the problem- Islam cant change and what cant evolve over time is bound to become instinct ----

This is because the man is responsible for rearing of children and he should not be assigned a child which does not belong to him.If woman will have many husbands in one time , the paternity will not be known.

Women and men have different physiology.

Women menstruate and stay pregnant for 9 months, men do not.

@farzanatasneem --- oh no --- no Islam is not anything about spirituality accroding to what i see here in Your comment my dear --- cuz here it looks like guys make all the money and whosoever is breadwinner has more rights --- You know Spirituality is not about more or less rights , its about equal rights no matter where it may apply -- so tell me can a Muslim women who is wealthy can ve 4 husbands at same time ?? -- and my point is exactly that women r nt equal in Islam ---

I wrote you about the benefits of limited polygamy when social circumstances need it.

Women are free to LEAVE THEIR HUSBANDS if men do limited polygamy.

In fully monogamous society, women are forced to live with an unjust husband as, if they want divorce, they will not get another husband while the divorced men get another wife easily.

So women are forced to either continue in marriage or live singly after divorce.

Men and women are equal in islam as per spirituality is concerned.

In family affairs , if husband spends on his wife, he has more rights as he is the bread earner .

About witnessing the only financial witnessing of women is half as they are not considered to be involved in money matters .There is equal witnessing authority in other matters

God is neither male nor female but in Arabic the words are given a he or she even if they are inanimate such as sun or moon and stars are all having gender. So ascribing HIM for God is not very important in terms of islamic understanding of God.

God is beyond gender.

Allah is the word that has no other form and is translated as him so we translate the word as HIM.

NO disrespect for women !!
